New Sizes for BFM fitting Bulk Bag Loader

As a BFM fitting customer, you may or may not be familiar with the recently released BFM fitting Bulk Bag Loader. If you aren’t familiar with the new sleeve design, it is comprised of three layers, compared to the typical one in a Seelfex 040E.  It serves as an inflatable filling head that can snap easily into a normal BFM® spigot welded onto an outlet chute for efficient bulk bag filling. We’re happy to share that BFM fitting has decided to add additional sizes to the Bulk Bag Loader product offering.

Bulk Bag Loader sleeve features a stainless steel central core, fully encased in BFM®’s strong, flexible Seeflex urethane. An external air fitting simply plugs into a standard 8mm pneumatic air line to inflate the flexible outer layer. Typical of BFM® fittings, the BFM® Bulk Bag Loader provides a dust tight execution. The sleeve, once inflated, securely holds the neck of the bulk bag open during filling & quickly deflates when the fill cycle is complete. The superior seal of the BFM^® fitting system means that the neck of your bulk bag will be securely held open and there will be no leaks during loading. Once loading is complete, the outer sleeve can be instantly deflated for easy bag removal. It truly makes hygienic loading a breeze.
