Testing Facility
We are proud to offer our customers access to one of the industry’s newest and most impressive testing facilities. From this state-of-the-art facility, we are able to simulate your product runs with a wide array of systems and components. It lets you experiment with your product under live processing conditions—and lets us minimize up-front design costs, speed production and improve product quality.
Testing for Every System
Our latest round of upgrades to the testing facility has opened a new range of possibilities. We now have the capabilities to simulate conveying distances up to 300 feet long and 18 feet high across numerous different systems.
- Vacuum conveying
- Pressure conveying
- Dense phase conveying
- Dilute phase conveying
- Batch and continuous product runs
Testing for Every Component
Our facility’s extensive component inventory includes both specialty and integrated components. You are able to test components separately or as part of a system.
- Sifters
- Rotary valves
- Magnetic separators
- Vacuum pumps
- Pressure blowers
- Bulk bag unloaders
- Hoppers
- Air coolers
- Vibratory tube conveyors
- Screw conveyors
- Fully automated PLC controls
- Loss in weight feeders
- Product receivers on load cells
Testing for Every Product
One of the best things about having so many systems and components at your disposal is the variety of products that can be processed. We are able to simulate product runs for ingredients like WPC, lactose, flour, sugar, artificial sugar, spices and oats all the way to finished products like infant formula, coffee, cereal and RTEs. Our cutting-edge equipment will measure for each material’s handling and screening properties—including angle of repose, particle size distribution, particle shape and bulk density.
Testing Processes, Not Pieces
When you put it all together, our facility lets you evaluate all-important things likes product build up, break down and blend uniformity. By simulating each individual product, system parameter and processing method, we have a much more accurate idea of how to move forward. It enhances efficiency, and ultimately, leads to a more successful project.
